The Investment Group, Inc., and our partners' retainer fee is for you to hire our investment firm and partners, along with our nationwide commercial property, assign nationwide real estate agencies to facilitate and negotiate at a discount asking price to purchase the owners commercial properties through the owners' real estate agents at a discount asking price, and to facilitate and negotiates all the owners financing terms on their commercial property that they have listed for sale here below for your review and for your records, and its as follows:

Company Retainer Fees:

​        (1.) Your Own Company Portfolio of Three (3) Commercial Properties Nationwide: Retainer Fee: $8,500.00

​        (2.) Your Own Company Portfolio of Five (5) Commercial Properties Nationwide: Retainer Fee: $12,500.00

​        (3.) A Broker / Assessment Fee of Five Percent (5%) will be added to all Commercial Property Purchases and will be collected at                    the commercial property closing.
